United through to Europa League round of 32

Being winless in the Premier League since the 3-1 win at Swansea, United were in excellent form in the Europa League and the League Cup.
United needed a draw or a win to qualify for the round of 32 as the group stage table was tight with Feyenoord lurking behind United in 3rd place. Zorya were officially out of this competition after only getting two draws but they weren't going to go down easily. United had travelled to Ukraine without the fullbacks Valencia and Darmian
But were with the likes of Ivorian defender Eric Bailly who was later paired up with Rojo at the back for United, Sergio Romero in goal, Young and Blind were the two fullbacks, Herrera and Pogba in midfield Mikhitaryan and Mata on the wing Rooney at centre and Ibrahimovic upfront.
It was a tough night for United on an icy pitch which made it hard to pass the ball around.
The first half remained goalless with United dominating possession and chances created. In the second half United took the lead through a wonderful solo run from the Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mikhitaryan, his first goal in United colors. Ibrahimovic later doubled the lead in the 88th minute thanks to a half volley pass by Paul Pogba.
United finished 2nd in the group stage behind leaders Fenerbahce who won at Feyenoord. The round of 32 draw will take place on Monday, find out who United face at uefa.com
